              SYD-322 Audibert-arnu dilatation tester for bituminous coal

              Audibert-arnu dilatometer test was optimized in 1926, which directly measures the caking property of coal without the addition of any inert materials. The dilatation and other three important charateristic temperatures can be obtained during Audibert-arnu dilatometer test, which can be used for the evaluation on dilatation and caking property of bituminous coals. It can be used to estimate both the quantity and quality of plastic mass, and thereby is widely applied for the classification of medium and high caking property coals. Hence, Audibert-arnu dilatation test is chosen as an important index in international standards for classification of coals.

              Advantage

              1.The rod of dilatometer remains at a constant weight of 150±1g without any external static and dynamic interference. The interference of sliding damping of displacement sensor on testing is also eliminated.

              2.The minimum measuring accuracy of dilatation displacement sensor is 0.22mm, and thereby the precision is 0.1% for the measuring range is 220mm. As a result, a small shrinkage of 0.5mm can be accurately measured.

              3.The lateral torsion of dilatometer rod can be minimized during vertical movement by the simplification of connection parts, which may also lower the possibility in stuck of rod.

              Software data analysis

              The software is constantly optimized based on the wealth of experience and feedback of users, which can be applied for the identification and analysis of a, b, c, d formation data of various coking coals. Hence, a high reliability and repeatability can be ensured during the analysis of imported special coals.

              1.A high precision linear displacement sensor is adopted to ensure the accuracy and precision of displacement;

              2.The operation is convenient due to the simple mechanical connection between dilatometer rod and displacement sensor;

              3.Parallel test of two samples can be carried out simultaneously;

              4.Softening temperature, temperature of maximum contraction, solidification temperature, maximum contraction of length of pencil, maximum dilatation of length of pencil and contraction curve of coal sample are automatically calculated and saved;

              5.The report of test data is automatically created for storage and print, while browsing and inquiring of test data is supported;

              6.All operations can be done with the controlling software on computer, while hardware manual operation is also supported.
